A-1 Comfort Control

I titled this worst place ever because they not only are verbally abusive to their employees and completely offensive to customers but they also under pay by 25% and over charge by 25%, while commonly using used parts and materials and charging you for new parts and materials. Go somewhere else, dont waste your time and hard earned money with these people.

The folks at A-1 Comfort control are great.



They recently installed four mini-split heat/AC units at my house and one at my place of business.

They did an outstanding job,the techs were very knowledgeable and courteous.

The installations were immaculate, with every detail executed properly.

The jobs were done on-time and under budget, at a very reasonable price.

Communications were excellent.



Oh yes, did I mention that I was extremely satisfied?

Very bad experience. I had a problem with the Igniter in my furnace. A1 Comfort control person came to check the furnace and changed my igniter without telling me he how much it will cost and game me a sticker shock of $325. The part which costs $18-20 was charged $75.00. I feel really bad that the company is out there to exploit your situation and rip you. Very bad business ethics.

We had our AC unit replaced and these folks did a wonderful job. Great follow-up. Highly recommend!
