        Overall

        This place shouldn't even get ONE star and I wish to God I had read the poor reviews on Yelp BEFORE I bought my car. Run away, run far, far away! They lie, cheat, and play the switch-a-roo. I can't believe they reeled me in, but they did, and all I can do is try to enjoy my car, even though it cost more than it should and they did not deliver with options they promised. I will do everything in my power to let buyers know of their shady practices. Be warned.

        I traded in my 2005 optima and...

        I traded in my 2005 optima and they gave me a great trade in value and I had high milage on my car. They were not high pressure at all and they got me to the payment I was looking for. I have always been uncomfortable in dealerships and Bernard was verey accomodating. I would highly recommend this dealership.
