Perennial Floral

I ordered flowers for our daughter's senior day at Fairmont thinking we would have a beautiful arrangement. Never thought the flowers were already wilting and when I went to hand her the flowers the one out of 5 roses fell to the ground. 5 roses for $45.00 and I never asked for roses nor would I pay this ridicules price. I know not to go here anymore. Very unhappy :(

From my Christmas tree to special occasion flowers, this is the only florist I use. The owner/florist creates the most amazing arrangements and each is unique. Always a professional experience.

My fiance started sending me flowers from Perennial Floral a couple years ago and every arrangement I've received has been spectacular!!! Each one (and there's been many) has been very unique and elegant. All the women at my office just go crazy over the flowers every time I get them, and they always ask where they came from because they're so eye catching and beautiful. Robin does a wonderful job and I would recommend Perennial Floral to anyone who ejoys flowers that are never ordinary!!

I stumbled upon this peaceful jewel of a florist several years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. The minute you walk into this charming shop you are taken away with it's serenity, it's beautiful arrangements and it's home accessories. Robin, the owner's warm enthusiastic personality is refreshing and you can tell she is passionate about what she does; and what she does is make exquisite floral arrangements that are in a class amongst themselves. If you are not doing business at the shop you are truly missing out on one of life's pleasures!!

As regular customers of Perennial Floral my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed the unique genius that Robin Wood brings to her floral arrangements. Just recently I celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday and Ms Wood created several flower arrangements to help me celebrate. We were in awe! Constant comments resulted from our guests regarding the beauty and uniqueness of her arrangements. If you are looking for beyond-the-average-beauty and quality in flowers and arrangements, this is the place to go.

I had my flowers done here for my wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL! The owner/designer is extremely personable and I could tell she was personally concerned that I love my flowers...and I did! Every year since our wedding, my husband has ordered me a replica of my bouquet and every year it gets prettier. I will not go anywhere else for flowers. She is the only evolving, mondern, "with the times" florist in fairmont, and possible in the tri-county area!

I continue to be amazed at the beautiful work that this florist does. A very dear friend recently passed away and I cannot tell you the effort the owner went to fulfill our wishes during this time. Each arrangement was original and reflected something unique about our relationship with our dear friend. She went to the funeral home both days to check on how the flowers were holding up and even rearranged some of the flowers so they would be secure when moved to the church for the service. To know a business owner would put so much of herself into her work was amazing and truly refreshing. If you want a florist who is truly talented and who constantly stives to exceed your expectations this is where you need to go !

"You shall know the tree by it's fruit...", and the fruit of this shop is beauty and the spirit of life. It is appropriate that the tree of life is the symbol for this shop. Owned and operated by a woman that is truely passionate about her work. She is compassionate and cares deeply for all of her clients! She puts a pound of love in everything that she creates. Her talent and her skill is truely a God given gift and it shows! She is extremely loyal and dedicated to her clients and her friends; willing to go the extra mile to get things right! For the record,the two permanent resident cats are rescued strays that she saved! Loyal...Commited...Kind...Caring..."You shall know a tree by it's fruit"!

What a wonderful florist to work with! I have used this business on multiple occasions and have been continually surprised with the outstanding, creative, and simply stunning arrangements that have been produced. Robin is so kind and compassionate, noting every detail to the order. She was very sympathetic when I ordered a funeral arrangement for a loved one and shared in the excitement when ordering flowers for my mother's surprise birthday party. She was so helpful with ideas, even providing her cell phone so that she could be contacted at any time if I had any questions or concerns. I also felt that regardless of the size or budget of any of my orders, she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure the order was perfect. I would highly recommend this business for any type of flower order!

I was recommended to this place by my mother-in-law and upon arriving at the shop found that it was very cute and charming. However, the woman running the place does not come close to being a professional. Upon entering her office you are surrounded by cats and there is cat hair everywhere. Now for the flowers themselves, this is what I found to be most disappointing. I was planning a wedding and only wanted flowers for the bridal party, parents, and special guests. For myself I asked for an all white bouquet and even pulled pictures up online while I was there to show her the bouquet I desired to have. I also requested that my fiance have all white flowers as well. The day of the wedding I received a yellow, blue and white bouquet and my fiance received yellow flowers in his as well. As a bride, this is very upsetting as you only have one wedding day and you want everything to be as desired. So, I called up the shop after returning from my honeymoon only to be told, "something apparently got lost in the translation, and I take very thorough notes so don't see how I could have caused the problem". No apology nothing. Being that I have worked in the customer service industry for years, I know this is not how one is supposed to treat their customers. Very sad that fairmont has so few reliable buisnesses, but this is just another one to add to the list and I do not recommend that any one work with this woman.
