        Overall

        We found out the an oil tank was removed from a property we were purchasing so we canceled our inspection with barco. I then called barco to see if it was possible there could be two. The woman I spoke to said it definitely happens, sometimes even three! But when I told her that the house was built in 1900 and the tank was removed in 2009, she said it mostly likely was the original tank since tanks built then were so strong. In that case there is almost definitely not another oil tank below ground. She even took the time to look up for me if there had been any oil spills reported at the property. Her honesty cost her my business on the inspection, but she still was honest. I would definitely trust them in the future to do honest work!
