Well it's not often that I go to a new salon and feel instantly comfortable. Everyone there was pleasant and seemed to cater to my every need. I've been to other salons before where they never could get my hair the way I wanted it. This wasn't the case with O Salon and Day Spa. For the first time my hair was cut in just the fashion I wanted it!



This may have been my first visit, but I know this certainly will not be my last!

I have been going to O Salon and Day spa since they opened. Previously I used to do my hair at Paul Brown. I found a place by my house and found a very talented stylist. I followed her throughout the years until she opened up her own salon. O Salon is nice and has a friendly atmosphere but even better than that, is the stylists. They're talented and I will not allow any one else in this world is allowed to cut my hair!

O Salon and Day Spa... get your hair done right!

Tried the new Loreal Professional INOA hair color here and it FAILED! My ends never even took any color at all! My viirgin hair growth at the top of my head is the only part that took, but it took too much and turned into HOT ROOTS! Owner of Salon failed to compromise or refund my money, I was forced to seek a solution elsewhere the very next day. Paid $104.72 for the INOA hair color that didn't even work! The professionals at the other Salon I went to were shocked at what happened to my hair. They told me its not the product but the APPLICATION that was INCORRECT.

When I walked in there... I could just tell how unorganized they were going to be. Papers all over the reception desks. Then I asked them questions on pricing, and boy was i was right about them being unorganized. they could find the prices. were calling everyone asking for them. it looks like they do a good job on thier clients. but after that experience i dont know if i want to even waste my time over there.
