Turoni's Pizzery & Brewery

We were visiting from Tennessee and friends took us there .Being raised in Chicago we are familiar with a lot of different kinds of pizza. This is clearly a great pizza and the restaurant gave us good service. This is definitely on our list of places to return next time we return to Evansville.

My wife and I went to Turoni's on Main for our Anniversary. They no longer carry our Vinny's Light Lager, to bad. We ordered the Supreme Nachos as we had for years...only to find they are half the size they use to be. Our server said they have not changed the portion size since he started here 12 years ago.....he is dead wrong! The pizza was exceptionally good. Overall all we will be back, but not for the nacho "rip off".

Love the BBQ chicken pizza. If you have not had one yet give it a try. I have been a long time fan of this local pizza joint.

We went to the main st store. Ordered a drink. After 10 min of waiting for a lemon drop. We could hear the servers and lady bar manager talking trying to make this drink. I went to the bar and just tried to help them by telling them what goes in this drink. The manager Lidya is her name lost it. For the next 15 min we had to sit in our seat and listen to her talk so bad about us, how some schmuck, joe blow isn't gonna come in her bar and tell her how to make a drink. We ate our appetizers and got out of there. If it takes that long to make a drink and you still can't figure it out. Then maybe you should listen to the schmuck who is paying for it. Our server was great that's why you get one star.

Left the Newburgh, In restaurant. I know they are just opening but this was awful. Just spent 2 hours there and had to leave with not food. There was over an hour wait on your order for food. The service was good but the management stinks.



Don't go

They have the best pizza in town, and if your a beer drinker it is a rare find. They are a micro-brewery. Many different types of beer to please even the pickiest person.

I highly recommend the house special. The thin crust is excellent, along with the pepperoncinis cooked on top the pizza.

This pizzeria has excellent food and a unique dining facility. Some items are not too spicy for those faint at heart. They even make their own beer!

Turoni's pizza is absolutely the BEST pizza you can get! The ingredients are fresh & plentiful and the staff is #1! You will not go away hungry or dissatisfied. The thin crust special is the best in town!
