Marie's Florist & Gift Shoppe

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day (02-14-2014) for myself and three children. They were two hours late. My flowers looked good, but all three children's were terrible. On their site they have advertised pupcakes on sale for 9.95. Charged my husband 25.00. On the other two children, it was 25.00 as well. No way were they worth 25.00. My daughter had a small plastic heart for a vase with three roses. My other son had a basket of flowers with less than 10 flowers. Wish I could post pics. My husband called the next day, and the lady he spoke with said they forgot some things, and would deliver them on Sunday. Guess what? Today is Monday and not a darn thing. Husband called again today and got voice-mail. I'm sure he didn't leave a nice voice-mail. Never again we will go there and we will let people know about our experience.

I never used Marie's before and she went above and beyond the call of duty for me! I called her and explained that my wife just graduated from college with her MBA in accounting how proud of her I am and I needed something very special and Marie did the rest! Most of all, my wife loved them and that says a lot! Marie, thank you so so much, you've got a customer for life!
