        WHY TO YOU ALLOW SOME CUSTOMERS TO BUY ALL YOUR NEWSPAPERS IN BULK, SO THEY CAN SELL ON THE STREET AND MAKE A PROFIT. YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS COME IN SUNDAY MORNING AND NOT ONLY BUY A PAPER BUT ALSO OTHERS SALES FOR YOU. YOU ARE LOOSING CUSTOMERS AND SALES. THIS SUNDAY SEVEN CARS CAME IN AND ALMOST BOUGHT ALL YOUR PAPERS IN BULK, THIS SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED. ONE OR TWO NO MORE TO A SINGLE CUSTOMER.
