There a great store they always help you out when you have babies gerbils or any other small animal .They are so easy to talk to .Sometimes pet stores have things happen beyond their control just like any one no one perfect stop judging at least they apologize and the dog snapped at her its not their fault its the owner .Train your dog better,.

In response to the bad review, it was the day after a holiday and the groomer did not respond in a timely manner due to the extremely busy schedule and we did apologize for that. The dog did have an uneven cut due to the fact my groomer being snapped at continuously. I had tried to pet her after her groom and she lunged at me as well. Unfortunately dogs behavior is not always the same at a groomers as when they are in their comfortable home environment. The groomer herself apologized, the owner would not believe her dog could act this way. Sadly she was scared and got nervous and snappy and became extremely difficult to groom. Its unfortunate for her dog because not many groomers would tolerate that behavior, when we pride ourselves on working our hardest with all behavior types.

Overall

Took My Eskie here to get trimmed up for the summer. Nails trimmed, flea bathed and trimmed down. So When I got her back Brittani and I noticed that she looked stupid. Her face was all uneven. One side was longer than the other and her head was uneven. She looked like they had taken different sizes of clippers and used them at different spots. Her behind was just about shaved down to the skin. It was so horrible looking. Now because of the holidays I waited to call them to tell them my disappointment in their abilities. I called around 8:15AM. The shop didn’t open till 10:00AM. I left a message stating I wasn’t happy with the job they did. I thought it kind of rude that the shop was open for 6 hours and no one bothered to call me to discuss what happened, to say hey we got your message and we are sorry you don’t like the job we did or what can we do to make it better. I posted this on their facebook page around 4:00PM. At 4:10PM my phone was ringing. It was the owner of the shop and she was very rude. She started off by stating that she got my post on facebook. I told her that I wasn’t happy with the job she staff did on Belle. That this was the 2nd time that she had ever been there. She started telling me that no this was the 5-6 time that Belle had been there. I kept stating that no it wasn’t. Belle is only 2 years old and she is a winter dog. She doesn’t do well in the summer, so she gets trimmed down to help her stay cool. The owner handed me off to the bather. The bather claims that Belle bit her several times. I asked her if she had the right dog. She insists that Belle bit her several times. Now when we first got there and we went to the grooming room the bather did put her hand down in front of Belle and Belle growled at her. The bather stated that Belle bit her at that point. Belle did nothing but growl at her. I apologized for Belle growling and acting like that. Belle was scared and so I walked her over and picked her up and put her in the tub. The bather insists she picked up Belle and was bitten several times when she did so. I walked out of the room and I didn’t leave yet. I hung out for a few minutes and I heard the bather talking to Belle. I heard not one growl or anything coming from her and I peaked around the door and things were fine. So I left. When I came back to pick up Belle she didn’t want to come out of the cage… I had to really talk her out….almost like they hit her.
