        BAD SERVICE!!!!! Chicken nugge...

        BAD SERVICE!!!!! Chicken nuggets for my TODDLER were COLD and HARD!!! I ordered ice cream and they had already shut down the ice cream machine MORE than an HOUR before closing!!!!! And when I asked why it was shut down the girl was VERY RUDE!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! I'd rather go to SONIC!!!!!!

        Great Customer Service!

        I was in Enid while on a business trip, and stopped in your McDonald's for a quick sandwich before my meeting. I was warmly greeted by a delightful young lady. Her name was Cricket, I believe. Her friendly and helpful nature is so refreshing. I don't normally stop for fast food, but I am glad I stopped at the McDonald's in Enid! She is professional and courteous, and she certainly seems to enjoy her work....and that is so rare these days. She is an asset to your team...I am sure you already know that! A pleasant smile, a charming way with folks in a hurry, and just a genuine caring nature goes a long way to make simple hamburger a great dining experience!
