        The employees here have changed - they used to be really great and go out of their way to help you. Now, you're lucky if they even look at you. I got an iced coffee and they poured a cup of coffee and dumped a bunch of ice in it and handed it to me. Doesn't that just really water down the coffee? Ech. Wouldn't go to starbucks anymore.
