THE RUDEST STYLIST. TOTAL ADDITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN A SALON.

I had a really bad experience there today. I took my 2 year old in for a cut. It was our first time there. We walked in around 1pm. A over minutes went buy before anyone said anything to me. No receptionist was there only two stylists cuting someones hair and two people were waiting. I think they came together. The first thing the lady (Michelle) said was " Did you sign in" I said, this is my first time here. She said "well, you need to sign in" After I signed in, I looked around for books to choose a style for my son. After looking all around the place, I asked if they had any magazines or books to chose a style. Michelle (with an additude signed and stomped over behind the receptionists desk, grabbed 2 books shoved them into my hands and said "HERE". With an additude she walked back over to the guy in her chair that she was trying very hard to flirt with. I flipped though the books only to find they offered not even one kids hair style, all men. So I asked (Holly) if they had any kids books, she said no. 15-20 minutes goes by and my son gets restless so I step outsied, not wanting to miss our turn I opened the door and said "excuse me" no one answered. I said "excuse me' Michelles head spins around with the dirtiest look on her face sighs and said "WHAT!!!!" I say 'Oh I'm sorry, am I annoying you? I just want to know how long until we are seen" she snaps" IM TRYING TO CUT HAIR! ABOUT 10 or 15 MINUTES!" So I leave and go store to store looking for something to fill in the time guess what the two shops I happen to go into ( I know everyone in the shopping center) I tell them what happened and 3 diffrent people say " you must be talking about Michelle, Ya she is so rude! She was rude to my mom and to me." The other girls said ya she is so rude, she totally gives people additued it's weird she acts like she is totally stressed and she only has like 1 person waiting" So then I decide not to go back but instead to call and talk to the owner. They took the phone off the hook and I got nothing but a busy signal from 1:30PM- until atleast 2:00PM. I then tried to call around 3:30PM finally it was no longer busy after 22 attempts. Holly answers, I ask for the owners phone number that she refuses to give out, I said I want to complain how do i reach him she gave me his email address. I then hang up and call back to ask if he owns any other salon thinking I would have better luck calling another one and asking them, she steams "I TOLD YOU WE ARE NOT A FRANCHISE" is say ya but some peole own more then one salon! Can you tell him to call me? She said "He never comes in here" Thus the problem I am sure. I call about 15 minutes later hoping Michelle will answer but no, it was Holly again, I tell her what happened and why I was so upset and IF THEY GOT SO ANANNOYED BY CUSTOMERS ASKING NORMAL SALON QUESTIONS THEY THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN MAYBE THEY SHOULD GET A RECEPTIONIST! SHE DID NOT SAY A WORD. I EMAILED JOHN THE SALON OWNER AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. PERHAPS IF THEY CAN NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SHOULD GROOM DOGS INSTEAD. YOUR LOSS, THERE ARE 5 PEOPLE IN OUR FAMILY AND WE GET FREQUENT CUTS. WHAT A SHAME. THEY SHOULD REALLY WORK ON NOT BEING SO RUDE. DON'T FORGET YOU WORK FOR TIPS. WOMEN TIP TOO, TOO BAD BECAUSE I AM A GREAT TIPPER.
