I agree 100% percent the the previous review. The Office Staff needs to improve their customer service and communications. Also, I hardly ever find a frame that I like since their selection is very limited.

This is my first and last at this place. BEWARE!!! Office staffs and doctor are inexperienced and incompetent with lousy communication skills. They'll tell you one thing and do another. They will not disclose fees to you until after your visit. Although I have insurance that should have covered my exam, it did not cover their bogus additional fees they slap on. They might as well charge you for the air you breathe inside their office. If you want your prescription on the same day, forget it,....you will have to wait 2 weeks if you're lucky. You're better off going to Walmart. At least they are upfront with their fees. If you are serious about your eyes...go somewhere else.
