Regina L. Shepherd

Ms. Shepherd was a first rate "opponent". She represented her client's interests very aggressively. Her communications with me (opposing attorney) were spot on and concise as was her representations in the court setting. Ms. Shepherd understood the law, the court room proceedings and her clients wishes and needs. I would not hesitate to retain her if I had a need in Carter or Washington Counties.

My experience with this firm was disappointing. Written communications from the office often had to be closely examined due to errors in grammar, spelling, and incomplete coverage of the subject matter.

This firm was did not adequately represent or defend my interest in court.

There preparation with the client prior to count was sub standard and showed during court. The court conduct and defense of the client was weak at best.

Court proceedings were scheduled by this firm and last minute notification given to the client.

In order to speak with this firm after they were hired required multiple attempts to the point of having to show up and wait.
