LINKED Motorsports: FAIL



It's been a couple of years since the work was done, but due to the number of issues that I continued to have with the little work they did compared to all the other fab work that's been done and given the grace of time that I allowed, I have to save the next poor guys wallet and time from a potential headache. Hopefully they have changed their ways, but strictly from a safety and functionality point of view I wouldn't let them touch my rig.



Weak welds: On more than a couple of occasions mounting points have bent and welds have cracked.



Shock damage: When designing my rear shock mounts they clearly did not cycle the suspension, so I damaged two sets of King shocks when I articulated the rig and the shocks proceeded to go into the frame and bend.



Shock mounts: Partially welded towers in the rear, flexed under articulation



Belly skid plate: Installed incorrectly, I guess they couldn't figure it out so they decided to drill their own holes and mount it as they saw fit which lead to all of the holes for fluids becoming inaccessible which I only realized when I when to do the tranny fluid.



Some of the stuff that I've seen of theirs looks impressive and they're a decent bunch, but clearly looks can be deceiving.
