I saw the reviews on Mr. Mondragon, and I agree with Frank. Mr. Mondragon is the reason I am still in the United States and not deported. He is hard working and honest. I was convicted of a minor drug offense, and also had a civil suit pending. While I was detained in immigration, my settlement attorney (who unfortunately was helping me with immigration until I hired Mr. Mondragon) got me to sign a release for nominal amount because he said I was going to be deported. I signed the settlement. I for sure thought I was going to be deported. I hired Mr. Mondragon after signing the settlement. He vacated the drug conviction, got me out on bond, and right now he is trying to get me my legal status. Needless to say, I am in the United States trying to undo the settlement. While one attorney gave up and was going to deport me, Mr. Mondragon fought for me and helped me remain in the United States free from being detained and with permission to work documents.

Mr. Orlando Mondragon defended me, Frank Ntiforo, on a very difficult immigration case. I had originally hired United Neighborhood Organization to defend my case, but they were very unqualified and wasted one year of my time. I then hired Mr. Mondragon who won my case for me in one year. The judge (Judge William Abbott) mentioned that in all of the cases he has had similar to mine, he has only granted amnesty in two of them throughout his entire career; the second case being mine. Judge Abbott said my case was a very difficult case, and Mr. Orlando Mondragon was the lawyer in both cases won.

this Lawyer had and said everything you waned to hear the day of the appt. reasures you, you can call and speak to him whenever you need. when the day of court comes he was the last one in the court room being late, doesnot know the clients name, calls him by another and the client had to correct the judge for the mans mistake. Had no confidence, studdered every word and didnot fight. paying 4500 dollars just for the name it was an awful expercience. I felt robbed, he acted as if it was the very first time in court. you pay because you want someone to fight and do everything they can and for the person not to do any of that. Ruben Ortiz told me not to waste my money, but i wanted to try to show i did everything and then settle for nothing,.. awful please dont spend your money on him. he is never there always being transfered to his asstiants.
