All Valley Impound

What a low life company, I had handicapped friends over for dinner and company, we were sitting at dinning room with the curtains wide open, and their van parked in easy access in front of our house, sign says parking regulations they were outside 9:30 time limit, by 40 minutes or so, and ALL VALLEY IMPOUND turns off their lights and hooks up a handicapped persons van and sneaks off into the night.... STATING we owe 165.00 to get van out of impound....low life company... shame on you.... ID GIVE YOU A ZERO BUT HAVE TO GIVE YOU ONE STAR,,,,For it to record....
