Almo Swimming Pools

I’ve used Almo for many years. I’ve found them to be knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for advice, parts and products.

They have always been helpful to me.

Do not use this company! Almo Pools opened my pool. The heater did not work. They left a rubber plug in the plumbing so the spa blower did not work. The DE filter was never opened and cleaned. The filter was full of years of built up diatomaceous earth which I had to clean myself. The spa drain covers were never installed. The owner Joe Jr acted like he was so busy and he really made me feel like he was doing me some kind of favor opening my pool. Now it is closing time and I wanted to know going forward what Almo's responsibilities really are! Again, I got the I'm so busy attitude from the owner Joe Jr. He called me back to give me a date when they would come to close the pool. To my surprise Joe explained that my pool closing would involve more work than they are used to and that I should look for another company to close my pool. I then told Joe that I own a service company myself and that he should consider another line of work. Almo Pools level of service and their customer service are very poor.
