Buffalo Wild Wings

Came in for lunch and a drink and had Tim as a server. Tim was amazing and may possibly have named all 30+ beers on tap off the top of his head. Food was delicious and Tim was perfect. Great Lunch.

Do not eat here. The managers are liars and so is the general manager. On a UFC fight night my husband and I and the couple we were with were kicked out by the manager for sitting down at a table in the bar area where everyone knows on fight nights is "first come,first served." Multiple people had already taken tables before us this way. But when we went to sit down the manager approached us and angrily told us, "We can do this the easy way or the hard way!" And we said what are you talking about? He told us that there were people in line before us and I asked how can someone be before us in first come,first served seatin?. He then said that on fight nights there is a special list between the waitresses and the bartenders. And then proceded to kick us out. When we got home we called the store to find the managers name and the other manager that night told us the same thing about a special list! AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW DO YOU GET ON THIS LIST AND HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO GET ON IT!

We then wrote our complaints on the website to which the regional manager finally contacted us and said he would look into it. A week later we had still heard nothing so my husband had to call him and he says that the managers told him they didn't say anything about a special list, basically implying that he thinks we are lying. And he did not offer us a gift card or anything to make up for being kicked out of a restaurant becuase his managers are LIARS. We did nothing wrong and were kicked out becuase they are practing shady business at this location. As far as I am concerned, all of the managers are lying to cover themselves and obviously do not care about customer service. Since this incident we have not been in almost a year and none of our friends and family go either. My suggestion, if you want good customer service, go somewhere else. You will not find it here.

Thought the food was pretty good and well priced. Our waiter was horrible though, we waited forever to get waited on and to get refills.

The wings are pretty good and somewhat reasonably priced. The rest of the food is very below average.
