American Unity Dental Health Services

Had an appointment at 9am. I was told to show up 15 minutes early. I did. Nobody was there, the door was closed. Called "support center" twice and they told me they cannot get a hold of anybody in the office. Waited until 9:25, saw someone was coming, but they didn't have the key to the office. Who is running this place? Asked me if I want to reschedule, I told them I was not going to come back.

this has to be the worst dental office. i went to this office to see a dentist and payed for services to be done and the dentist started the work then left the office or was fired i really dont know but she took my records and the new dentist that took over told me he will not do the work without my paying him. he said he is not responable for the work I was treated so badly that iI left in tears this office is the worst place to go if you need a dentist find some one else Im sure I could do better work. the office is so bad the cant keep records straight the tell u one thing and then say they never told u that so please find another dentist for your own good.

The place is entirely disorganized. One hour wait AT LEAST. People were leaving one by one in the waiting room. Then when you go the dentists are frazzled, all over the place, take two minutes to do everything that should take longer.



Plus, when I decided to do the rest of my service somewhere else they gave me an attitude, were rude, and unhelpful in providing copies of the x-rays.
