Pro Nails

I had the worst service for my pedicure!! I was looking to relaxing and getting my cuticles and other things out. The lady did a horrible job. She was practically falling asleep, and moved so slow! She fell asleep doing my nail polish and they came out so bad, she re did them but I was still unsatisfied when I walked out. I'm not one to say anything but wow I couldn't help it. The owner asked me how service was and I said it was "alright" and looked at me surprised. Don't go there!

By far the WORST experience I have EVER had at this nail salon, TERRIBLE service. I waited for an hour and a half and received no apology for the long wait, while waiting I had to sit and watch loud annoying cartoons on full blast and watch the owners daughter waddle around getting into everyones faces and business, I came to get my nails done and relax and escape my child not deal with someone else. When getting my refill the lady was rude and left old nail polish on my nail and accused me of having gotten it "under my nail". Worst nail salon ever.

The "owner", or Asian lady that works there, is a really rude person. She started insulting me for being Mexican after she didnt want to fix my nails or give me my money cause she put on a cheap nail polish on my nails. DONT GO THERE! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A STAR BUT THE SYSTEM DOESNT ALLOW ME TO POST WITHOUT A STAR...RUDE AND HORRIBLE NAIL SERVICE
