Mikkelson Towing

I recently had two breakdowns with my classic car. I used Mikkleson's Towing both times. I was extremely pleased with both experiences. The drivers were very prompt and courteous and did everything they could to help me out. When it came time to pay for my second tow, I was not charged a thing even though they came ten miles and towed the car back into Eau Claire. They knew that I had had to have my car towed several times in the past few days so they felt bad. What a great company to do business with. I recommend them completely.

My car broke down last night, and I needed a tow. After hours on sunday night I was expecting this to be fairly expensive, but it was a very fair price and my driver was nice and friendly and even offered a few suggestions as to what the problem may have been.



Definitely will be calling them again should I need to. (Though hopefully I won't ever have to )

This is the worst company I have ever used to tow my car. It was Awful! First off when I called the person on the phone screamed in my ear, really rude. And almost sounded drunk. It took a very long time for them to get my car. And the whole time the driver was being rude. Making all sorts of comments. And almost seemed like it was a waste of his time. Which he shouldn't acted like that being that I was a paying customer. Speaking of paying, the prices were outragous. I wish I would have shoped around before hand.The tow truck not only was dirty on the outside. But, filthy on the inside filled with fast food garbage wrappers. And stunk of a mixture of garbage and cigerettes. The driver cussed left and right. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would rather of left my car on the side of the road and walked home in the dead of winter then ever have mikkelson towing tow my car again. It was that bad!
