W elcome to Accountable Driver Education, Inc It is our goal to teach, help develop and promote the safe driving skills that will allow the student to make responsible decisions and instill safe and confident motor vehicle operation. We are fully licensed by the Wisconsin DMV to provide Classroom, Behind-the-Wheel training and also Permit Testing at all of our facilities. Our Wisconsin DMV Certified Driver Education Course Outline and Lesson plan is designed to provide students with a detailed understanding of the fundamentals of driving and to foster responsible attitudes and driving behaviors. Students will use knowledge, learning processes and skills learned in driver education and receive guided practice from qualified and certified instructors and their parents to become competent users of the highway transportation system. Emphasis is placed on linking visual search skills, space management and balanced vehicle movement to risk-reducing driving strategies. Significant attention will be given to risk awareness, driver alertness and responsible actions relative to occupant protection devices, positive interactions with other roadway users and the physical and psychological conditions that affect driver performance and safety. This program presented by Accountable Driver Education, Inc will be comprised of a combination of lecture, video presentation, class participation, textbook review and quizzes to better prepare the student for the responsibilities required to be a safe and responsible driver. We currently have a team of 11 ( eleven ) instructors who share their expertise to give the students the best instruction available. Our instructors have over 150 years of teaching and training experience to share with the students. All of our Instructors are Certified by the Wisconsin State DMV and most have been employed or are still employed in the Wisconsin School System and are also Certified by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction ( DPI ). We feel confident that the many years of experience that our Instructors have will greatly benefit your Driver Education Experience
