Merlin Complete Auto Care

Absolutely the worst car repair experience I've ever had. They charged way too much to start. Unfortunately, I had very little free time, was putting alot of miles on the car with a long commute and I needed the job done. I was in a spot so I agreed to the inflated price. That probably would have been the end of it, not the first time I've been gouged, but for the substandard work. I was driving home and there was a distinct rattling and clanking coming from the right front wheel well. When I got out of the car it was obvious that the brake assembly was loose and almost falling off. I could move it back and forth with my hand. I was livid. How could I trust any of the work that they did when they make such an obvious blunder. They said they test drove the car after the work, but I don't see how that's possible.
