Kull Scape Landscaping Inc

On May 5th I ordered AND PAID FOR 3 cubic yards of topsoil and compost to be delivered the week of May 9-13th. That turned out to be a rainy week, so I understood why they didn't deliver, but they promised on the phone to deliver it the next week. I have phoned numerous times asking when I can expect delivery. They tell me "tomorrow," but apparently tomorrow never comes. It was promised yesterday; it was promised today. Today they even said if they couldn't deliver, they'd at least get in touch--but they didn't. They gave me some inventive excuses this morning, but then "Excuses only satisfy the one who makes them." Moral: Don't ever pay these people "up front." That leaves them no motivation to deliver the product.
