Dwight Pizza

I am the owner and work the pizza place seven days a week. In three and a half years we have never had a complaint about an undercooked pizza. Our staff is always polite and courteous and have been told this many times from customers. I can only surmise this is from a jealous competitor as we have won the best pizza in the county award every year we have been in business and constantly score 97 or above with the Grundy County Health Department. The only bad thing about restaurant review sites is that jealous competitors can get on the site and say anything they want true or false. And thats a major problem. If this were true, I am sure that they would have made a complaint to the manager in charge and I would have been notified, but this never happened. So if there is any truth to this allegation, these people need to come in and tell me what had happened and I will make it right, and this will never happen because it is not true.

If anybody has any brains at all they can see that these three reviews were all within twenty four hours, which tells me that these people never even ate at the restaurant and that they have some personal vendetta against the pizza place or employees.

This pizza place has no chefs, just cooks. If the food was terrible, the service terrible, what good would an apology be? Personally, if I went to a pizza place and the food and service was terrible, I wouldnt be looking for an apology, just another pizza place.
