used 604 West Morgan Eatery as the venue for my wedding reception of 80. First off, let me say that the food was fantastic. One cannot have a reception for a bunch of foodies and come out without complaints, I can honestly say that out of the picky eaters and eloquent tastes that make up the majority of guests at all weddings. We were able to accommodate all. Secondly, the space, we had a dj, cake table, gift table and all. We ate family style and I have no complaints. The food was courteously served, and the bartender was wonderful. We had an open bar tab up to a limit and they were very honest about the cost of the drinks. We received everything that we asked for and more. The restaurant owner (Sean) was extremely kind and honorable in all of his transactions. The event coordinator Carolyn did her best to accommodate all of my ideas, and requests, and was actively involved during the brainstorming process and during the set up on the day of the event. I can say that everything went perfectly and I had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant as a great place to eat, and as a great place to hold events.
The ambiance of the location is beautiful and our pictures turned out great.

Provided by SuperpagesWhat is it with restaurants in the Triangle? They are facsimiles of restaurants without variance! This one, Tosca, named for the great opera, plays Christmas Muzak over the loudspeaker system. It's cavernous inside, far too big for the intimacies promised by their website, and cold. We are served by an "experienced" staffer with a "trainee" in tow. Both seem barely out of their teens. Our waiter disgorges a bottle of red into a decanter, sediment and all. Our tableware is early Five-and-Dime flatware. The chairs are low, scuffed up, motelish things with sprung springs. The risotto's not bad, not bad at all--light, flavorful. But not worth a return visit. The service? Amateurish. The bill? $98.00! Once the credit card has been run, that's the last we see of our waiter, or any other staff. We exit without even a thank you or a good-bye. Guess we made a bad impression.
