        Overall

        Terrible attitude, not professional or helpful at all, also when questioned how long it would take to conduct a home assessment answer was I can’t get a volunteer to go, keep in mind distance is at best 20 minutes away, when asked time frame a month ? Longer? didn’t appear at all to be concerned with animals welfare or wellbeing
