They offer excellent customer service. They repaired a delicate silver chain that my wife owns in memory of a beloved daughter that passed away last year. And they offered to clean the silver heart that goes with it as well. We were very touched.

I've taken jewelry to have it appraised as well as repaired. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and do what they say. I would not go anywhere else.

Lady B that helps out customers is rude and seems likes she has no time for the customers. Totally disappointed with the customer service!!

I'm native duncanville born and raised and went to school with the milkeys kids but my boyfriend bought me a necklace for Christmas and it was too short so we decided to bring it in to get a longer chain or something to fix the situation. Well it started off strange like we were taking up jb's time she suggested a extinction on the chain and told us they sell them at Walmart hummm. I wanted a gold one not cheep metal. So we ordered the extension. She said it will get ordered Monday and be I'm Tuesday or we'd at the latest. Well 2 we'd later still no call so we called on the 3 rd Saturday it's been in there position. Some man answered said it was in but had not had time to put on the extension I said not problem well come up and wait. From time we walked in the Mexican lady was rude and talked to us from across the room not very professional at all. Now we might look like we're poor or have limited funds but that is not the case at all we just don't go around showing it off. She was very un friendly un likable and I personally will take my Jewlery and my money else where. I find this sad because Kevin and I have spent a lot of money in there in the past 48 years and now we will spend or money out side of duncanville. They don't need our money but I was looking forward to ordering my wedding ring there wanted a 3 ct oval center but I found a place that wants my business in Arlington I'm really sad and hurt for this local business

My husband and I started doing business at Milke's ten years ago. They have always been the BEST. We used to live in Duncanville so it was close by. We moved two hours away several years ago. We still prefer to make the drive whenever we are buying a new piece or need repairs done. If all merchants kept the same standards as Milke's life would be so much easier.
