Rip off alert - This company was hired to do both the hardwood and carpet for my new house by my builder. When the bills arrived, I noticed that the square footage of flooring was greatly exaggerated. I contacted them to let them know and told them that I had the as-built blueprints which proved that they exaggerated the flooring area by over 30%. I offered to send them the blueprints and asked them to come re-measure my house. The only response they could offer was "I know how to measure". They would not even consider that it was impossible to have 30% more carpet than the actual square footage of my house. They filed a lien on my home that same day, only three days after I received the invoice. They later told me this was a "precaution" because they had been "burned before". Stay far away from this company.
