        Overall

        Absolutley AMAZING! Our family was traveling from Indiana to Tennessee and our right front wheel bearing went out at the Dry Ridge exit. We pulled into a bank where the teller quickly recommended Tire Discounters across the street. We are so glad that we took her advise!

        Joe was extremely helpful and friendly. He promised our vehicle would be done by the end of the day (7:00 pm) It was 2:30 and we had two 7 year olds with us.

        We walked to Cracker Barrel to eat and relax and at 5:00 we spoke with Joe. Our vehicle was finished! Joe picked up my husband from the restaurant, took him back to the garage so we could pay what was a very fair price.

        An hour down the road we realized that we had left our children's stuffed animals at the garage. I called and Joe promised to mail them to us. We got them in the mail in 2 days! Talk about going the extra mile. I wish we had a Tire Discounters were we live! Thanks to Joe and his team!!!!!!
