Rosin Eyecare - Downers Grove

Being a new patient I felt really welcome, everyone was nice and courteous. The office clean and everyone that I had contact with was very nice.

The people at Rosin Eyecare from the ladies at the front desk to the Doctor were very kind and friendly

Again, dr Lingk and the supporting staff is great. As long as you have dr Lingk on staff you have my business. By the way , LASIK is not an option for me so we don't discuss it.

Doctor Lingk was very friendly and helpful, and I do not recall the name of the younger gentleman who helped me with my frame selection, but he was very upbeat and seemed personally invested in my selection. Even though it was a few minutes before closing, he did not rush me to make a decision, quite the opposite, we ran through many options and he was a great help even going so far as to adjust my current glasses and replace the pads.

I think her name was Marie??? She was tech that help with pick out my glass she was a great help.. thank u

I have had contacts for over 40 years and for most of the 40 years Dr. Afryl has been taking care of my eyes, He is very professional and always answers my questions on a clear and concise manner. He always takes time to listen .

I had a very good experience and I continuely go to Rosin because of the customer service and how they treat me. They are very attentive to my needs. They are like a family giving advice and making me comfortable. The lady Lisa say and talk to me as if she know me for years. I felt so comfortable with conversating and laughing just about general conversation as well.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The doctor gave me helpful information about my contacts, and gave a speedy check-up.

I always have a great experience when I come to Rosin. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and efficient and you can tell they care about their patients. They have a nice selection of frames.

The doctor, I'm sorry none of the paperwork has her name on it, was excellent. Lisa Deutscher was wonderful!
