Dr. Eric and his assistant Jennifer were at their “normal” professional and precise best for my procedure. Dr. Eric tweeted and customized the bridge to perfection, making minor adjustments to both the bridge and my other teeth along my bite line. The appointment took only half of the scheduled time and a good time was had by all! I have never experienced a “bad” office visit with these oral health care professionals no matter what procedure I was scheduled to have.

First I'd like to start out with how nice everyone in the office has been with my family. There all so welcoming and pleasant. I love that they know us all by name and not like other offices that say, Hi what is your name? who did you have an appointment with?



Dr. Jackson's staff actually took the time to know get to know us. my kids were completely comfortable in the chair. not scared at all, because they take the time to explain what was going to be done before they actually did the work.



Dr. Jackson is a very kind, understanding warm hearted individual. he takes the time to listen to you if you have any problems, he takes the time to explain every procedure my family and I needed done entirely until we comprehended what exactly each procedure meant and why it needs to be done.



His Hygienist are all wonderful as well. they helped my kids learn the correct way to floss, lets be real my kids don't want to hear me explain to them how to floss or brush. we all love Kim she's a wonderful, she's very gentle and easy to talk too. very sweet lady!



There is a day they work evenings, grant it there somewhat hard to find an appointment, but I always have to plan ahead. with 4 kids I have too do that. so i make a couple appointments in advance so I have an evening appointment. there are also occasional Saturday appointments as well.





They have an amazing Game room for the kids!! my kids LOVE the Arcade games. they don't want to leave the office because they want to play :-)



The office also has a fabulous beverage maker where you can make Hot Chocolate, different kinds of Coffee, cappuccino, machiatto different kinds of Hot Tea. all complimentary.



Oh and how can I forget to mention that they have a massage Therapist there who gives complimentary hand and feet massages as your getting your work done!!!!! then when there done working on you the massage therapist has a chair set up in a room where you can then get a shoulder and back massage all complimentary!!! you can't beat that! this is why our appointments are always on Friday's!!!! can't miss out on the massages!!!!



This office is by far your top notch office! Highly Recommended! Dr. Eric Jackson is a definite must see Dentist. he's amazing, my family loves him. He gets 5 stars in my book.

I highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone in the Western Suburbs! I got my teeth cleaned here and they have never felt cleaner! The office is very clean and is filled with experienced professionals. I do not have kids but this place is perfect from em as there is a huge game room for kids with an arcade game machine! I will definitely go back to see Dr. Jackson and his staff!
