        Dutch Maid Bakery is a wholesale manufacturer of cake products primarily sold to the supermarket industry. The company's products include a large assortment of dessert cakes, decorated occasion cakes, iced only and un-iced layers and sheets, brownies, cupcakes, carrot cake and many other specialty items. It also offers a variety of standard icing flavors as well as custom formulations on request. Its cake and icing products are made using base ingredients which are mixed from scratch formulations developed by its own technical specialists. This allows Dutch Maid to meet specific and unique customer requirements without being restricted by the limitations of pre-mix products. Dutch Maid Bakery was founded in 1978 and operates a 120,000 square foot production facility at its headquarters in Dorchester, Mass.
