Pine Ridge Motel

Reasonable rates, clean/remodeled room, quiet & convenient location, polite staff, fast wi-fi, cold AC, plenty of hot water, HBO, I highly recommend.

I have had the worst experience at this motel. My husband is in the military and we travel every month for his drilling. We booked a room at the pine ridge for his weekend because it appeared to be a very nice motel from thei website. When I went to check in on Saturday afternoon, the room they had booked for us was not ready so I had to come back an hour later. When I returned, the room wasnt yet cleaned and they had been cleaning the carpets and they were still wet. I explained to them that I couldnt stay in a room with wet floors and needed a different room. They then hesitantly moved me to a smaller room. I took my things into the room and left to venture around town. When we returned, we found trash on the floor of the room between the bed and the wall where there was a walk way. After going into the bathroom, we also saw that it had been poorly cleaned if cleaned at all. There was hair and dirt in the shower stall. When I went to the front desk to inform them, I was told it wasnt dirty and there was no trash. She would not come look at the room and refused to believe me and also yelled at me. I recently called just a few weeks after our stay to talk to the owners about them and was yelled at by the same lady for over 10 minutes on the phone while I tried to explain the situation to her. This hotel would not give us a AAA discount like they advertise. I would warn everyone about staying at this motel. The staff is not nice and the rooms are poorly cleaned!
