I've had several issues with packages/tracking. This office has ALWAYS assisted me, followed up and sent the carrier back to my house when packages were missed. I could not ask for a better weekday crew. Our new carriers are great too! Thank you!!

turning down customers at the door, you'd think they extend their hours to 5 pm. no they would rather tell you they are closed while having a line of customers. or to tell you where else to go. the time wasted they could have taken my mail. No wonder people are using ups and fedex, & email or e-paying on line more. You workers complain cause you can't get a raise or your benefits are being cut well...you think you should stop making it convienent on who you wait on rather than just do your job equaly for all your customers. you brought this on yourselves . I hope they cut your pention next and see how you like it.....

Twice now when I have had to go out of town I have filed a card to hold my mail until a specific date when I expected to return. Both of those times I have returned to find my box stuffed with mail, including a check. When I asked them about it and to see if any at all had been held, they just shrugged, asked who I had given the card to and when I told them they went back to look and told me basically that I was a liar because there was no card. I do not take the time to do these things before a trip because I have a lot of extra time, and this time a formal complaint will be filed.

Other than this major problem, I have never had a problem with the D'Iberville post office itself.
