        I recently did a return. Courtney (a cashier told me her name) was rude to an employee and to me as well. She seems to me a young girl who does not deserve her job. She was acting like a little brat. This incivility should not be tolerated under any circumstances. I hope something is done about her little incidences.

        I had only problems with my shopping experience at destin ulta. I wasn't welcomed into the store when I came in. There were employees with their backs turned gossiping like a bunch of high school girls. I noticed a manager on the floor and she seemed too busy with the shipment to help anyone. This is a lousy run business.
