Was there a couple weeks ago. The stylist was very professional, knowledgable, fun and did an amazing job on my hair. Absolutely love her (she's tall & beautiful), I believe her name is Donna. I came in there looking for a subtle change and she did just that explaining what styles would be best for my face shape and lifestyle. Just amazing!
As far as the salon itself, it's very dark and outdated but, if she were to ever re-locate, I'd follow her. 5 stars just for Donna alone!

Very unprofessional ! I had a root touch up and a haircut . My roots turned out red and the haircut is very uneven . When I told and showed the girl she replied" my next cloentIs here". I was shocked ! During my visit another stylist was counting her money . She shouted " They shorted me 68$ ! ". My stylist had to ask her to take it into the other room . I called and spoke to the owner and explained what happened . She agreed with her stylist that her other client was there . I have a simple haircut and just wanted a bang trim . I allowed her to talk me into a complete haircut . If she didn't have the time to spend on a decent job
then she shouldn't have don't it at all . Now I have to go somewhere else to have it repaired and pay double !! Warning a don't go there a bunch of young unprofessional girls working there .

not to bother going there anymore, since they do not have Mary Lynn the best waxer, facialist, eyebrow shaper I have ever encountered. She had represented this place with class and a ability to listen to the client, and a knowledge that was better than any place I have encountered (and I have gone to them all) She will be missed and I will no longer be going to Advanced Body Care. If anyone knows where MaryLynn P is now working, please contact me...

Don't bother with this place. They are disorganized with their appointment system and do nothing to correct their mistakes. I made an appointment at 9:30am, which I immediately wrote down when I made it, when I arrived at 9:20am I was told that my appointment was at 9am. The stylist was already working on someone else, which makes me wonder how much attention she would have dedicated to my appointment anyway. The receptionist flippantly told me they could take me 5 hours later but that was all they could do. They did not take ownership of their mistake and the staff was cavalier about keeping my business. I was disappointed especially because someone else recommended them. I will not try to go there again. As a consumer I am wary of how I would be treated if they botched a service they provided.
