The restaurant serves as a rotating installation of the Colfax History Museum, so guests can dine and discover the rich history of "America's Longest, Wickedest Street." The menu features classic American burgers, deli sandwiches, and upscale versions of diner mainstays like "Breakfast all Day" and daily "Blue Plate Specials". Modern sodas, milkshakes, local craft beers, and creative twists on classic cocktails are available at the bar.
