Why should I use anyone else?

Great quality service! Using Empire Relocation was a great overall experience. They told me their crew would arrive between 12am-2 p.m. and they called me from dispatch at 11:50 p.m. to let me know they were on their way. They arrived at about 15 minutes later and dug right in. They were all polite, pleasant, and professional. Not one gripe from them about having to schlep heavy boxes down 4 flights of stairs

They unloaded our moving container into our house cleanly and quickly. They were sure to be efficient with every moment we paid for, were extremely professional and polite, and were very careful with our things. Their pricing is simple and fair, and was really affordable for us for a big move. They clearly take pride in his work, and he and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great moving experience.

I just bought a new house so I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if I did, I would use Empire Relocation again in a heartbeat.

This company doesn't deserve even one star. I recently (and regrettably) used Empire Relocation to move my housewares across the country. I am pretty sure that one of the movers was tweaking on methamphetamines when they arrived at my home. Against my better judgement, I let them enter my home and load my belongings on their moving van. My belongings (not all of them) arrived 30 days later. I was missing several TVs, a bed, and several antiques. I have since done research on Empire Relocation and have no expectation of ever seeing my things OR receiving reimbursement, even though I paid for insurance through Empire Relocation. I discovered that the owner, Jason Price, operates under several business names, one of which has over 80 filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and an F- rating.

Horrible movers! Can't believe they're still in business! They showed up late, damaged my furniture and the only thing they seemed to care about was being paid. I think one of the movers stole money out of my wallet. Such a scam!!!

We used Empire for our interstate move and it was the worst move I've ever experienced in my life. They did not show up during the "window" of time that they promised and wouldn't even have the decency to call me and let me know. I had to call them multiple times a day for a week and beg to speak to someone and each time they promised to have someone call me back, but they never did. They seriously damaged at least 7 large pieces of furniture not to mention all the broken dishes. To top it off, they quoted me a low price on the estimate and then increased the price after picking up the furniture. Unfortunately, that's not the worst. They treated their contractors like slaves. They expected them to work non-stop and sleep in the truck every night. It was so sad. Many of the contractors said the company would go for long periods of time without paying them and expect them to do multiple jobs per day with no rest and no money for food or lodging. I will never use this company again and I am shocked that they're still in business.
