Mike's Lock & Key

I had a key problem with a brand new commercial Trilogy keypad fob lock in Lima, Ohio I ordered through http://GoKeyless.com from Dayton and the owner Matt fixed it in 5 minutes. I was more than happy to pay the trip fee and 1 hour labor of $70 since other locksmith's I called were confused by my description or said it would be at least $200 to show up. When Matt couldn't come out the first day I called him, he even told me a lock timing adjustment to try before he came out another time.

The lock programming and fobs worked great but the key override which were not really going to use, mistakenly let the lock open if the handle was moved up, but not down!? I had spent 2 hours fighting with it thinking I installed the lock wrong somehow. No fault of GoKeyless but the manufacturer AlarmLock in NY had shipped out the lock out with the "tail" (the operates the latch) installed a quarter turn off. Matt from Mike's Lock & Key changed the tail position and the lock works great now. Since he was already here for an hour's billing, he removed an old Mortise style lock from a door that I need to install another keypad fob lock on.

Matt doesn't do anything with automotive locks though.
