I reported them to the BBB, because of their refund policy. It's ridiculous! I brought the jeans back within 2 DAYS, because they didn't fit, with the receipt AND the tag still attached! They refused to give me my money back and would only give me an in-store credit! I don't want anything else they have! I want the cash I handed them 2 days ago! Both women said they were the owners, Kathy and Michelle Brooks. They are both rude and know absolutely NOTHING about proper customer service! They even threatened to call the police on me! DON'T GO HERE!!!

I've had a couple bad experiences with these people. I refuse to do business with them again!! I got screwed over last year but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it again boy was I wrong! I had about 10 or so items (in season) worn maybe twice, great brands. I got totally robbed! I was furious, if I didn't need the grocery money I would have taken my things back! These people really are a joke, they are a THRIFT STORE, not a boutique!! I will not step foot in there again, I refuse to line that a**hole's pocket book!

brought an entire bin full of name brand gently used baby/toddler items. they did have alot of these items already in the store so couldnt take all of it. i had to leave the bin & come back to pick it up. they gave me $9.75 for the items. i assumed they had taken a couple items and left the remainder. my mistake was not asking them what they took, when i got home i looked & they had taken nearly half of the items. i was furious, called the manager, she said i signed the release when i dropped the items off that said i would take the amount offered to me for the items they would take. absolutely ridiculous. i would recommend for everyone to stay far away from these horrible people. not the way to do business at all, they shouldnt be allowed to take advantage of people in such a way.

I drove 30min to bring them bcbg,juicy couture, roxy, bear traps, ann taylor loft and free people clothing. These things have been lightly worn with no stains. The girl told me I would have to wait an hour. I waited two hours in my car for them to only take two of my things. What they took was what I was expecting them not to take. I was paid 9.60 ...that was probably my gas to get there and back. I wouldn't be as mad if I hadn't seen some vera bradly wallets with stains on them and flip flops with glitter and some of the glitter was flaking off. This place is a joke. Especially if you live far away don't waste your time!
