Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Beville Road

I love my Publix on Beville rd. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful and the product selection is great.

The customer service I experienced here was worse than Wal-Mart. The niche Publix supposedly satisfies is providing better quality in the products they offer as well as excellent customer service which should compensate for their higher prices. Publix should remind their employees to participate in sustaining said reputation rather than allowing someone to work there who is willing to complain about a customer to a mass of others behind said customer while a transaction is being processed. I was that customer that was treated unprofessionally during the transaction process and I will never forget this experience and how it has impacted the way I view that particular Publix store. As a result, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
