Changing Color Nail

Dirty, unprofessional and bad service. The baby was even dirty.

I visited this salon today in search of a new place in huber to get my nails done and wasn't even greeted when I walked in the door. The ladies were very unprofessional and I went to another salon that took care of me AND welcomed me in walked in. Imagine that.

Had a wonderful experience with Alee. My hands were well taken care of. Suprised by previous reviews.

had an awesome experience with alee. i'm a little surprised by the other reviews. she was on time, speaks english, very accommodating to my needs and my feet felt really good after my pedicure. my waterless manicure was different than what I'm used to but my hands felt soft and were polished nicely. the salon is family run and every seemed very knowledgeable about the industry. I will definitely be back.

Alee was pretty much on time. She offers no gel, and does not use a "cheese grater" for pedi's. Felt the pedi was way beyond sub-par. Left with the same callouses.... Granted, they were rubbed down a bit smaller.
The shop was cute and quaint, but FREEZING! They need to turn it up a few notches!

Had a Groupon with Alee. Great difficulty reaching or receiving call backs. First appt. was cancelled by Alee. When service was given one coat of polish that was visible in plasces as thin. Because of cancelled appt. another appt. was offered at same price. Alee was a half hour behind. I requested 2 coats. Pedi was very uneven. Corners were cut, I'm sure because it was late, and had her baby with her.
