Jeffrey B. Lang, a former United States Attorney and an FBI Agent, leads Lane & Waterman’s White Collar Criminal Defense practice. Eminent Domain
In addition to an active business practice, Terry is active in commercial litigation, including business contract disputes, banking matters, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, administrative hearings and eminent domain. He acted as co-counsel for the plaintiff classes in numerous class action lawsuits, including the Allied Mutual Insurance Company policyholders in the Allied Mutual DeFacto Demutualization class action and Iowa farmers in the Chubb Rain Insurance class action. Diane has also been active in the local community, serving previously on the Iowa River Bend Transit as not only a Board member, but also past Secretary, Vice President, and Chairman of the Board. She has also served as Treasurer, Secretary and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Putnam Museum and Science Center.
