Flowerama

I was in Flowerama yesterday and bought 5 daisies from them. I took them home, within 10 minutes they had been trimmed and put in water. By morning all but one were face down losing petals. While this isn't a huge deal, I still needed flowers to take to a friend in the hospital. I went back to the shop with the receipt and the sales lady I dealt with was really great, her manages/owners? not so much. The first lady she talked to agreed to replace the flowers, but blamed the wilting on me for not trimming them. When I told her I had, she again repeated that they did not look trimmed. She was very rude, and told me she would replace them this time but wouldn't do it again. After looking at my options, I asked to put the money towards another arrangement. At this point another manager/owner came out and told me he would only give me half of the value. No matter what he would not budge from this and was also very rude. I was sold poor daisies, was treated poorly when I returned, and it was clear they had no interest in taking care of their customers. I ended up buying a dozen roses and a vase there so I could go straight to the hospital, and they would not arrange them for me without another 10 dollar charge. This business had the opportunity to make a small effort to make things right and didn't, I will not be returning.
