Inexperienced person servicing watches does not know what she's doing watch was even worser when came from servicing

This comapny took my order for a watch backing when I only nedded a seal. Thet refused to sell it separatly as the part I needed could be valued at less than 1/2 a cent. I after three weeks called them to find out my order status and,was told that it is on back order? This should have been told to me prior to my ordering the part. They also offer to buy GOLD HMMMMM wonder if they will tell you it's off of a dead body.
