        unreliable

        I never know what time of day my mail will be delivered. It could vary from 10:00 am till after 2:30 pm. I had a package delivered this morning that was protected with card board inserts and the mail handler stuffed it into my mailbox. I had to work on it to get it out, so it couldn't have gone in easily. I thought if it didn't fit my mailbox it should be brought to the door.
