America's Best Contacts And Eyeglasses

The receptionists are rude first of all, I took my mother there for glasses. She already had a prescription and they fitted her with frames she liked. They were supposed to call when they were ready but did not call. I had to call them. When we went to get them my mom just glanced around and said they were fine. Later after thinking she would have to wear them to get used to a stronger prescription she found that she could not see out of the upper part. I called and told them we would be coming back for replacement. I was ill at the time with shingles so it was a bit before I could get back. When they did an exam the glasses were found to be weaker than she needed. Had to pay $45 for exam. Went out front to place reorder and was embarrassed by a woman who come to the desk to tell me that if this pair was not right they were not going to replace another. I have a one year warranty on the glasses and I think they should stand by their product. They convince people that all they are paying for two pair of glasses for 69.95. but that is actuall y what you pay for the frames. You have to pay more for the bifocal or progressive lens and believe me the price I paid was not 69.95. I could only purchase 1 pair. The customer service stinks. And the lady (who I guess is the manager) does not have a clue what customer service is all about. She spoke loudly and rudely to my mother remember this is your last pair. My mother is disabled and blind in one eye. And when I return to this store and her glasses are not right we are going to have a big problem.

Worst business ever. Ordered my contacts, they said they would call when the contacts arrived. A week later I called, found out they forgot to order. They promised again to call when my contacts arrived. A week later, I called again. My contacts did arrive but nobody called me. The receptionists were really rude. I will not go back there.
