DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ASIAN STAR is far better for several reasons. The tonight..I called at 9:25, let it ring for a couple minutes, no answer. Hung up, called again at 9:28 and let the phone ring for 4 minutes. AVery ANGRY RUDE Male answered, yelling at me saying its after 9:30 WE ARE CLOSED!!! I informed him, I rang them before 9:30 and he quoted the time on the caller ID as 9:26 when I called. I told him, this was my 2nd time calling and both times were before 9:30. He continued to yell at me saying they don't deliver after 9 and HUNG UP. I tried to call back... I didn't want it delivered. I was driving and was picking up. He picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. In the past 6 moths I've easily spent $300 there. Is this the kind of service NO MATTER How much you spend, you receive? You get... I'm too lazy to honor the time our business survey customers to. I'm going to immediately yell and be rude to you because again, I'm too lazy and I don't care about return customers. There phone will easily ring 10-20 or more times during normal business hours. Their food us always overlooked. I don't eat the egg rolls or won ton soup, they both are not what an Asian eggroll or won ton soup is. Their Hoisin Sause for their Moo Shu Vhicken is watered down. They do not make the Moo Sho from scratch. They used bagged coleslaw mix. I buy my own Hoisin Sauce, their pancake fall apart all the time. I love the crab Rangoon, but it always comes rubbery. Like it was pre cooked and sat for a while.ORDER FROM ASIAN STAR. They have the 2 person special and you can add another person for $10 each. Their vegetables are done andante. Meaning they are par cooked, which is fantastic to not get over cooked food. Their Kong Pow San Sien is amazing. Their wanting aren't pre cooked. Their Won Ton soup is quite delicious. The Eggrolls are better, but not the best. They deliver quick, they answer the phone all the way till closing. They don't yell at you. The only reason I ordered from Sam's Wok was that they make the Moo Shu. Moo Shu is not on Asian Stars Menu.It was made evidently clear to me tonight when this older male, possibly a manager or owner, did not care to honor their hours of operation. He obviously felt it was acceptable to be rude, yell and abuse a person who did nothing wrong but call just before their stated times of service. I sent them an email explaining the issue(s) with my number. I will change this post IF ...IF... Their management calls me and makes restitution/amends for their abusive employee. If this post is still here... They didn't call, they didn't make it right, they don't give a rats @ss.

This place is excellent. The employees are friendly and have remembered my husband and I for years. The crispy beef and crab rangoons are excellent and the prices are good.
